Mango Yocha Matcha smoothie

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Yosiho matcha powder
25ml water at 80* celsius
3/4 cup cold water
1½ cup of frozen mango 
½ cup of coconut milk
optional: agave syrup or sweetener of choice


Firstly, prepare the matcha:

Add 1 teaspoon (2g) of Yocha matcha powder to a bowl 

Pour 25 ml of  water at 80* celsius into the bowl.

Whisk the matcha and water together with a bamboo matcha whisk until a smooth liquid consistency forms, and a bit of foam starts to form.

Set the matcha aside to cool.


Secondly, prepare the mango:

Blend ½ cup frozen mango in the blender with a sweetener of choice, and set aside.

Use the same blender to make matcha milk by blending the remaining mango with your milk (of choice). 


Thirdly, assemble!

Start with the ½ blended mango, and pour it into the cup. 

Add the mango milk on top

Lastly, pour in the matcha, stir, and you’re ready to enjoy! :)


Tip: You can make ice cubes out of milk instead of water, that way your drink won't get watery.
